As Lead Designer for this fully branded campaign, I conceptualized and executed a market-specific product launch that merged innovative packaging with cultural authenticity. The project centered on introducing a premium beverage line to the Japanese market, specifically targeting upper-class customers through sophisticated design elements. Drawing inspiration from high-end Japanese alcohol brands, I developed a logo and product design that reflected luxury positioning while honoring cultural nuances.
The comprehensive branding strategy included four unique flavors crafted from popular Japanese fruits, each showcasing distinct packaging with custom patterns, colors, and product details. The innovative aluminum milk carton design represented a breakthrough in the beverage industry, maintaining a recognizable shape while incorporating sustainable materials to enhance shelf presence and brand differentiation.
The Tangy Nomu expansion garnered industry recognition for its attention to detail in packaging, consistent branding, and unique flavor selection. The pioneering sustainable design featuring an aluminum outer layer with a recycled poly-plastic inner lining demonstrated both environmental consciousness and market innovation, helping the product break industry norms.
