As Creative Lead for GRNZ Studio, I created and executed a comprehensive character-driven brand that seamlessly blends bold colors, Japanese influence, and cartoonish elements. The project centered on Grimby, an engaging green mascot whose adventures through a haunted forest and encounters with ghostly Japanese-themed monsters formed the narrative foundation for a complete merchandising collection.

The brand identity features collage-like designs crafted to evoke nostalgia and smiles, culminating in the flagship narrative Lost in GRNZ Forest – Arcade Adventure. This creative direction informed the development of an extensive product line including t-shirts, posters, stickers, and card packs, demonstrating my ability to translate concept art into marketable merchandise.

The project showcased my expertise in character design, storytelling, and brand development, earning strong market validation during its public presentation. The cohesive visual system and engaging narrative elements received high praise from industry professionals, validating the commercial viability of the concept while demonstrating my ability to create memorable, marketable design solutions.
