Bardown Lacrosse

As a Brand Designer for Bardown Lacrosse over the past two years, I spearheaded the transformation of their overall brand identity from a basic colors and logos framework into a comprehensive, scalable design system. Recognizing the challenge of inconsistent branding across their expanding Florida locations, I developed strategic solutions to unify their visual presence while preserving local market appeal.

I architected a new asset document and implemented a robust design system that elegantly addressed the unique needs of their three storefronts in Bonita Springs, Pensacola, and Jacksonville. Each location received a thoughtfully crafted custom color palette, icons, characters, and logo that maintained a cohesive style while reinforcing the parent brand's identity. The system extended across multiple touchpoints, including postcards, business cards, flyers, and other marketing materials specifically tailored for each market.

To ensure year-round engagement, I developed holiday posts for key occasions like Memorial Day, Christmas in July, and the 4th of July, creating branded seasonal content that resonated with local audiences. The brand system also encompassed t-shirts and web banners, establishing a consistent brand presence while allowing each brick-and-mortar location to maintain its distinct character. This comprehensive approach resulted in strengthened brand recognition and improved visual consistency across all channels.
